Vertical Kilns
Develop a turnkey project for regenerative twin-shaft kilns, integrating medium voltage, distribution, control, and commissioning for a continuous thermal process.
INELCO executed the electrical assembly, supply of high-performance materials, technical direction, and medium-voltage engineering for Maerz parallel flow regenerative twin-shaft rectangular kilns, with capacities of 300, 400, and 500 tons per day on a turnkey basis.
The scope included the manufacturing of LVDPs and power MCCs with Siemens and ABB variable speed drives, along with assembly engineering and the manufacturing of control MCCs according to IEC standards to maintain a consistent operating architecture.
Engineering for equipment distribution, cabling, grounding, lightning protection, and joint commissioning with the manufacturer was also developed, along with an equivalent front for 300-ton-per-day Cimprogetti kilns, extending engineering from civil works to the completion of the technical floor.

Gas engineering and works
Address high-demand gas infrastructure by combining regulation, transport, storage, and operational safety in networks and plants.
INELCO executed the construction and assembly of underground pressure regulation and measurement chambers, along with high-pressure steel pipelines and underground reinforced polyethylene networks for private works, land subdivisions, and projects linked to the regulatory body.
The scope also covered civil works and assembly of LPG tanks, gas networks, and fire protection systems, integrating associated services for secure supply and operational continuity in industrial facilities and residential developments.
As a long-term complement, tasks were included for the sale and installation of boilers, maintenance of gas stations, and cathodic protection monitoring of pipelines to sustain system safety, integrity, and tracking.
