Special machinery assembly
Integrate electromechanical assembly, control, and commissioning in special machinery with lifting, palletizing, and bagging equipment of varying complexity.
INELCO handled the manufacturing, supply, and electrical assembly of MCCs, PLCs, and VFDs for personnel lifting equipment, integrating switching, power, and control for TS Caris, Vulcano, Vespa, Marte, Venus, and Minerva systems.
The scope also included the electromechanical assembly of Natrotech palletizers, robotic palletizing arms, and their commissioning, along with maintenance tasks and operational adjustments to sustain service continuity and safety.
For the bagging lines, the electrical assembly of National Bulk Equipment bulk bag fillers was executed, including commissioning and calibration, as well as single and rotary baggers with Haver applicators to complete the full line integration.

Vertical Kilns
Develop a turnkey project for regenerative twin-shaft kilns, integrating medium voltage, distribution, control, and commissioning for a continuous thermal process.
INELCO executed the electrical assembly, supply of high-performance materials, technical direction, and medium-voltage engineering for Maerz parallel flow regenerative twin-shaft rectangular kilns, with capacities of 300, 400, and 500 tons per day on a turnkey basis.
The scope included the manufacturing of LVDPs and power MCCs with Siemens and ABB variable speed drives, along with assembly engineering and the manufacturing of control MCCs according to IEC standards to maintain a consistent operating architecture.
Engineering for equipment distribution, cabling, grounding, lightning protection, and joint commissioning with the manufacturer was also developed, along with an equivalent front for 300-ton-per-day Cimprogetti kilns, extending engineering from civil works to the completion of the technical floor.
